The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced residential technician to join our tenured, tight knit team and to add value to the development and expansion of our Residential Service and Retrofit department. Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and retrofit.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
Commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
