OFFICE MANAGER AND FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
Comfort Systems of Montana | Bozeman, MT | Full Time, Salaried, In Office
JOB SUMMARY
Comfort Systems of Montana is looking for an Office Manager and Full Charge Bookkeeper who wants to be the heartbeat of our office. This is the seat that keeps the money right, the people supported, and the building running at the same standard our team holds in the field.
You will own the books from top to bottom: accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll, and the month end close, with our CPA in your corner. You will partner with our Service Coordinator and Project Managers on job costing so every job tells the truth about what it made. Beyond the numbers, you will run onboarding and HR administration, coordinate our IT and technology, and keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly every single day.
CSMT is not a typical HVAC company. We operate like a championship team. We recruit exceptional people, we train relentlessly, and we hold a standard that most companies in this industry will never touch. Doing what is required is not enough here. The Unrequired is our operating system, and it is the reason we are building a national brand that will transform what people expect from HVAC. That standard does not stop at the truck door. It starts in the office.
This is a full time, in office seat in Bozeman. We need someone who walks in every morning with energy, lifts the people around them, and takes real pride in a clean set of books and an office that runs like a machine. If you are organized, sharp, upbeat, and ready to own your seat, we want to meet you.
