Part-Time Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator

Comfort Systems of Montana is looking for a dependable, organized person to keep our warehouse in order and help keep our company vehicles maintained and ready for work. This is a hands-on support position working out of one small warehouse in Bozeman and reporting directly to our Metal Shop Manager.
If you enjoy keeping things organized, taking ownership, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be a great fit. HVAC experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Receive HVAC equipment and material deliveries for residential replacement and new construction projects.
- Verify deliveries against orders and promptly report shortages, damage, or incorrect items.
- Organize, label, and store equipment, supplies, and materials so crews can easily find what they need.
- Maintain inventory records, complete routine counts, and communicate low-stock items.
- Help stage equipment and materials for upcoming jobs.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.
- Track routine maintenance for approximately 8–10 company service vehicles.
- Coordinate oil changes and other approved vehicle service with drivers and service providers.
- Maintain vehicle service records and flag overdue maintenance or reported vehicle concerns.
- Communicate regularly with the Metal Shop Manager about deliveries, inventory needs, and vehicle readiness.

- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and maintenance tracking.
- Ability to safely handle warehouse materials and perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation.
- Warehouse, construction, HVAC, or fleet experience is a plus.
Schedule and Compensation
This position offers approximately 20 hours per week at $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule will be coordinated with the Metal Shop Manager to support deliveries and business needs. This position does not include benefits.
Your work will help our crews start prepared, keep materials accounted for, and keep our service vehicles current on maintenance. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
